V and A Museum - The Museum of Childhood

You can hire private space at the V and A's Museum of Childhood for children's birthday parties. We offer the following packages:

Room only (3 hours) = £100 + VAT
Room + activity = £200 + VAT
Room + activity + catering = £200 + VAT + catering costs
Room + catering = £100 + VAT + catering costs

The party room is available for hire at weekends only, from 10:00-13:00 and 14:00-17:00. One car parking space for the morning or afternoon is included in the fee.

The birthday party room comfortably accommodates between 15-25 children seated. We advise that one adult is present for every six children.

Activities usually complement the temporary exhibition that is current at the time and might involve a storytrail around the Museum and/or arts and crafts. Activities can be adapted for children of different ages and last up to 90 minutes.
